I hope you enjoyed the weekend with all of your family and friends.  I spent the weekend with my family and with Gram here it felt like home.  My Monday musing question for you is what are you freeing yourself from this year?

What personal freedoms and expression are you creating with your freedom?

What are you willing to release to make room for more of what you desire and deserve?

My plan is to create a “new” revolution.  I am beginning with myself.  Each day I am challenging myself to do something completely new.  Take a new route home, respond in a new way to an old problem or create a new habit.

We both know the definition of insanity right?

Doing the same thing over and over yet expecting different results
