Happy Monday!

Happy Belated Mother’s Day to you and the mother’s in your life.  A mother’s gift is to give life.  The way we choose to live that life is totally up to us.  We all have beliefs, every single one of us.

I sat for a while not sure how to pass along the gift this week provided.  I can tell you this week really shook me to my core and has awakened a new awareness, one that I would like to share with you.

This week’s Monday musing is the question “Are Your Beliefs Burying You?

You might be thinking what an odd, macabre question, I agree, but this week it really happened to someone I loved, looked up to and respected.

He was struggling with some difficult life situations and transitions.  He found himself and his truth and began to live in it.  When he began to take the next step his beliefs told him that he wasn’t worthy.  He believed he  was a failure because he wanted to let go of a life that wasn’t working anymore.  He lived in fear because of what other fear-based people around him thought of him.  He believed he couldn’t hold on and he couldn’t let go.  His fear grew so strong he lost track of the truth.  His beliefs told him he lost us and everything that he held dear.  He couldn’t see us in the fog of fear his beliefs created.

We were right in front of him reaching out our hands.   Last Tuesday I got the news that dear friend died in car accident.  He was driving and there was no other car involved.

Success is reaching out to you right now, Can you see that?

Are you aware the power of your beliefs creates your reality?

Do you realize what you say about yourself and your life becomes true for you?

Look at your beliefs today and ask yourself are these beliefs building me up or burying me alive?
