Focus on Your B.A.S.I.C.S.

Creating success is the same as building a house.  Like any house, your success is personal and unique.  If you are going to build success to last a lifetime you need to have the proper tools, make sure the house has a solid foundation if it you want it to last.

These seven internal success skills are REQUIRED to attract and create  success.

Focus – Once you have the foundation set (Self-Esteem) and the structure (Beliefs) in place, your focus makes sure you are keeping to the  blueprint (Integrity).  Focus is the project manager.

Beliefs –Beliefs are the structure of your success.  They must be aligned and compatible with your integrity and self-esteem.

Attitude – Is your vision, how you see the project.  It is your ability to manage and assess the project.

Self Esteem – Self-Esteem is the foundation of success. It must be as large and as strong as the house/goal requires.  If it not stable neither is your success.

Integrity – Every good plan begins with a diagram, an outline of how the plan must come together.  This blueprint for success is your integrity.

Commitment – is the key. 90% of success is showing up.

Strategy – is the plan.  How you are going to execute the blue print?  You need a plan or system to manage the details and obstacles in order to meet the scheduled time line.

Today’s musing is about creativity, energy and passion.

The question is…Where does your creativity come from?  You might be thinking why is that important to know?   Here is why this is important for you to know about yourself…

To create success you need lots of energy.  You need energy to open the doors to your creativity.  When you are creating you are stoking the fires of your passion and essence for being here playing the game of life.  Your power comes from your ability to tap into your creative side.

I had an incredible week connecting to my creativity and passion.  I was up to my eyeballs in coaching clients and Discovery Sessions.  I had so much fun working with my clients both existing and new, helping them see things in a new way.  The joy they experienced when they truly saw themselves as they really are was awesome!

Knowing I can that ability and can share that with others opened the door to such excitement and creativity I plowed through tasks that have been sitting in my To Do box for months.

How great would it feel if you were totally connected to your possibilities? Dare to jump into the pool of your creative river and share your gifts with the world!

Be Accountable

To be accountable means having the the courage and willingness totake responsibility for everything that is happening in your life right now.

The good, the bad and the ugly. Even the stuff you
don’t think you created or asked for.  Good or bad this is your
life and whether you are flying like and eagle or struggling to
take the elephant off your chest, you are responsible for yourself and your actions.

This is a big task, and as a human being it is not a natural state of being.

It is however, the most important thing you can do to be super successful and happy.

Feeling like a victim to your circumstances leaves you feeling like you are in the arms of an anaconda. Think of being accountable as the super strength you need to release
it’s grip.

Remember this precious gem-  Success is not measured by whathappens to you but how you show up to it.  If you don’t like what is happening or what you are receiving you have the choice about how you react.

Let this be your new motto — “If it is to be is it up to me”

Being accountable shows the Universe that you are willing to show up and be released from the pressure you are feeling and willing to receive the abundance you deserve.

Feel the power of accountability — To go up you must show up.
